@BenEdquist Actually in both the book and the movie it speciffically states that Clara was 10 when she had her accident, but it's possible Victoria Clark may have fumbled on her lines at one point.....

The story for this musical seems fairly ridiculous to me in 2011, but there's no denying how beautiful the music is and how fun so much of the show is acted!
