Did you not synchronize the switch off (ZVS)? Just asking because at 2:35 it looks like the square wave is cut in the middle of the cycle. Which IGBTs are you using?

That was just my scope probe bypass trimmer being way off. It will turn a beautiful sine into a triangle. Quite a wide capacitance range. That was the gate waveform.

I am using G80N60UFD 80 amp 600 volt fast IGBTs, in a TO-3P package. Tiny heatsinks, but i left it running all night at 200 amps (accidentally) and they where not too hot. Just a bit warm, comfortable to touch :D
