Just some tinkering with the OCD and i messed with the interrupter frequency (though the on time was set at 60us). The waveform displayed is the primary current, each volt measured equals 10 amps on the primary measured with a CT and burden resistor. The scope was set at 10v/div, so about 250 amps at the max. The IGBTs don't get hot, and the 1/4 inch primary is already getting above room temp... :D
It was running about 180Khz. At one point i inserted a coffee can as a load. I also have this little toy i got from rrolison. It is an inductor (that acts like the drsstc secondary) and a fullwave rectifier of ultrafast diodes, and a 1uf smoothing cap. The LED lights from a foot or more away.

Did you not synchronize the switch off (ZVS)? Just asking because at 2:35 it looks like the square wave is cut in the middle of the cycle. Which IGBTs are you using?
That was just my scope probe bypass trimmer being way off. It will turn a beautiful sine into a triangle. Quite a wide capacitance range. That was the gate waveform.
I am using G80N60UFD 80 amp 600 volt fast IGBTs, in a TO-3P package. Tiny heatsinks, but i left it running all night at 200 amps (accidentally) and they where not too hot. Just a bit warm, comfortable to touch :D
