The meter is CT operated at 5 Ampères per phase and had a multiplier of 640.

  • @Ronnocbot What type of meter do you have ? 1 phase, 3 phase, CT ?

To get a meter to spin a load has to be applied, heater, or phantom load with a transformer.

  • I happen to have an electric meter. how do you get yours to to spin without a load or using a lot of power if it is even possible.

    Thanks

    -Connor

  • Correct, a fine piece of electromechanical machinery compared with all the plastic rubbish now these days.

  • So this is how demand metering was done in the old days; look at how far we've come.
