I didn't sneak anything in. There was nothing saying you can't carry a camera in. It stated you could not have a "professional camera or recording device". I had neither. You will be hard pressed to find a venue that won't allow cameras since everyone's cell phone is a camera now and they can't keep you from carrying one of those.
To anyone that wants to take the time to do this, I say carry a camera in . The worst they can do is ask you to take it out.
