Hello, My name is Mr. Kite (my foster mom had a thing for the Beatles). I am a young male peach faced lovebird from Santa Cruz County. I was found outside with what was believed to be a cat bite, but turned out to be an ingrown feather which has been treated and is healing nicely.
I am a very friendly guy - eat from your hand, and enjoyed having my head scratched . I'm also fearless. I'll launch myself onto anything that looks like fun - I'm also very gentle. I've had to have a lot of medical treatment, but I never bit my foster mom. When I didn't want my medicine I would just grumble and push her fingers away with my beak."

He won our heart. We adopted him Nov 28th.

I was 2nd term foster mom. He won ours hearts,we adopted him Nov.28th. He is still take his Medication, but he looks better every day!

Now, he has a place call 'forever home!
