@mysterypolice Do the Slowest trill you can manage; and do it at least 300 times at that speed. Then repeat at greater speeds, but small steps; and don't try faster, Until you've mastered cadence.

His left hand has a small problem though. a lag of sort coz of regular right hand use as compared to the left hand. Have it so thats what I was looking for. Trying to get rid of it with scales too. Like his tips.

I like how he starts off this lesson by saying that they key to obtaining speed is by playing slow. As a guitarist I know this is true. Also, he said not to flick the fingers which can cause them to strain. He also plays slowly so the viewer can keep up with no trouble!
