1 Bunch of Cilantro
3 Serrano Chilis
3 Tablespoons of Lemon juice
½ inch Ginger
11/2 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Cumin seed
1 teaspoon oil
1 teaspoon sugar
Pinch of hing (asafetida)

    But what can I use as a substitute for that mysterious Hing? I'm not sure I can find it in my country... and even if I do all the comments about it's smell and keeping it in the garage (!!!) have me worried :)
