- understand the importance of a loyal customer base
- are active internet users and access social networks, blogs, forums and consumer reviews on a regular basis

- have an interest in working with multiple accounts including products, health, education and tourism clients.

WORD OF MOUTH INTERN POSITION DETAILS:
Responsibilities include working with account teams to research and implement strategic campaigns that employ the following WOM tactics:
- consumer generated content facilitation/consultation
- blog/forum administration
- social network marketing
- blog/forum outreaches
- ambassador program development/administration
- loyalist program development
