Do not bend at the waist / through the lower back. Always bend at the knees. Otherwise as this lady says you will lock your knees!

ahh stupid rented board im gettin bak to surfin after a couple yearsa and i watched this as a recap and i stood on my first wave, but that board is so annoying and long and foamy, gosh im used to wooden short boards :/ oh well we have horrible waves so im not about to buy a board for the 3 good weeks we get out of the whole summer
