I was once asked as to which of Genes' movies I loved the most and though I love them all if I am honest, ''The Ghost And Mrs. Muir'' is my favorite not only because of the story and the direction Genes' portrail of Lucia and all the things that make an everlasting movie, but Herrmans original score is so perfect for every aspect of the movie also, so hauntingly beautiful it makes it for me my #1

Thank you so much and bless you. This Nocturne was Bernard Herrmann's favorite composition. He felt it reflected upon his life perfectly. I can not add words. Let the piece speak for itself.
