Hurt ~ Hijikata Toshizou ~ Peace Maker Kurogane

First of all: Hijikata is my hero, he is so much like me and I think that Peace Maker Kurogane pictures him perfectly. Second: That's not my newest AMV, but it was a christmas present for my very dear friend who's currently far away, in Japan, so I didn't upload it earlier. Third: Uhm... I think, if you forget about the drog topic, the song fits the character and his story sooo well!! "Everyone I know goes away in the end". What do I have to say more? ;_;
It is the first Anime-AMV I've ever made, and it means a lot to me! I would be so glad if you comment and rate!

I think some of this song fits, you have made a great amv, and with great effort. However, parts of this song are incorrect for Hijikata.. he was more proud than you think. Peacemaker tends to however not always show this. The more you watch of other shinsengumi shows, and anime you'll realize he was a very proud man, and cared more than this song pertains to. But again, really good job!

Yeah, some parts of the song don't fit... but the other parts fit so well, so I hade to make this AMV. *g* I'm glad you like it, thanks! And it's a Peace Maker AMV, so it's for the Hijikata in this manga/ anime. The pride and strength of the "original" Hijikata is one thing I admire most of him. *_* But when I think about it, there are few things I don't admire... even his "bad" sides. I think this makes him so much more human, though he's a hero for me. I could write about him for ages. ^^;

Hijikata is my favorite shinsengumi member, but Miyamoto Musashi is still my personal hero. Still your video and the anime peace maker kurogane do him justice. Good job.

Ich muss mich meinem Vorredner anschließen - ein unheimlich gelungenes Video. Für mich sogar sehr persönlich, da mir meine Freundin diesen Song, den ich vorher nicht kannte, zuerst in Japan vorgespielt hat. Und da wir von Stadt zu Stadt der Shinsengumi nachwandelten, ist es natürlich umso beeindruckender, genau dieses Lied zusammen mit diesen Szenen zu sehen.

Das Lied, das die Japaner im Zuge der Feste im Mai in Hakodate spielen, ist übrigens "Show must go on" von Queen. ;)

Wow. I love Kenshin and Peacemaker. I think this is the deepest Peacemaker Video I've seen. Very well done and thought out.

Though I've never thought much about Hijikata, this does make me rethink the character and such.
