I remember seeing this movie back in the late 1960s on television. Great movie! I felt so sad for the Mermaid!! Who sings the song 'WISHES AND TEARDROPS?' Great song!

Funny how the mermaid doesn't know Chris AT ALL and yet she still claims to have fallen in love with him and says she knows he will love her back when he wakes up.

Isn't it funny that this Mermaid was voiced by Disney star Halley Mills way before Disney would find success with their own Mermaid.

@CubicalGirl nope you've got the names mixed up. Heather Mills is Paul's ex-wife. Hayley Mills is the actress that voices the mermaid in this. She also acted for several Disney movies. The first Parent Trap movie was Haley Mills.She was in The Trouble With Angels too. If you google her name I'm sure you'll see lots of titles you know.
