For those of you who keep calling me obese and overweight: I used to weigh 305 pounds, that is obese. I now weigh 165 at 5'8" that's not overweight. I am not skinny. I spend my life now trying to help reverse morbid obesity and save the lives of the 300,000 people who die each year directly related to obesity and another 2.6 million who it contributes to their death.
