98 dodge neon R/T 2step/ launch control

I just hooked up launch control using megasquirt 2. It built 12psi at the 3500rpm cut
2.4l swap, srt internals, srt turbo

@EmilianClarinet I think the quote "its still a neon" is the most used line by people when talking about a neon. I guess they are jealous because most people have to pick 2 out of fast/cheap/reliable. Neon owners can have all 3. Too bad I traded it for the conquest I have now. Right now, I only have fast.

It hooks to the ignition. It retards the timing so that the engine won't rev

Putting launch control on a stock neon is pointless. It's mostly for cars with a turbo so you can launch in boost. If you want it tho, you can either use a msd box or megasquirt. If all you want is the launch control, the msd box would be the easier route.

@intense98rt thanks well i want to turbo mine but i dont have a job to do it yet but i will one day i dont know where you live but i live in TN a race mine all the time at bristol drag way at street fights i love neons because i have had hondas and i dont like them and every body hates neons and i dont know why they do well thanks for the info on the launch control
