This is hard core, avant garde real world First Amendment skunk from a former reporter/editor, former AAG & practicing Civil Rights lawyer who began shooting video of his own trials back in 1996. Everybody can do it, bloggers are gaining strength in our position as legitimate members of the Fourth Estate.
In fact, were often more legitimate than the major media and we can afford the time to pay attention to the details. Granted, I have a unique skill set and knowledge base, but thats why I here to share it out in the open so everyone can use the knowleged -- so we can Keep on Keepin on as my Mother Ann would say, and Keep on Rockin in the Free World as Neil Young would say ;)

I dont see too many captions on the ops interview with the skinheaded kid. (I dont know his name) He was a study in deception. Yet everything the cop says , you make a comment. Do you hate cops?. Why would anyone support that punky gun carrying wigga kid? who brags about volume drinking. Yet the cops are hammered according to you. This is why DA Dan Conley can't stand me. It has nothing to do with my "credentials" as he knows damn well I've won criminal trials and he knows I'm a qualified reporter and legal analyst.

Well I've ordered my credentials from New England Newspaper & Press on 19 Feb. 2010 so what's his excuse going to be the next time I catch something that looks so patently bogus?
