i'm sorry, but there isn't a way to do that... it's kind of a downer coz it would be real awesome if you could... in ur case, if i'm hearing it correctly, you want to take a picture (in color) and make it a brush/stamp... well, you can sorta do this by cropping the picture to how you want it, and overlaying it or using soft light on the picture of ur choice. if you wanna know more about what i'm talking about i can make a tutorial for you
