Quick Tip: All-day, Smudge Proof Liner.

Hey dolls and gents!! I get so many questions on how to make eyeliner last all-day without re-application or smudging, so I thought I would make a quick tip video on it. It's really simple, but it really does help to make your liner lasts all-day without smudging. All you need is a pencil liner for the waterline and a corresponding eyeshadow color. Good tip, I usually use gel or cream liner and then go over it with a waterproof eye pencil. No smudging at all and if I fall asleep in it, it still looks like its freshly applied lol.

I am from Cali, but the hubby is from the Carolina's. Whenever we go out there I get whole "talking white" comment a lot too. Don't trip, it's all ignorance. Great tip. Love the hair and makeup too.
