Don`t fall asleep will explaining, dude ;)

make an improved nodel that opens and close itselfe for infinite times... you need for that a 3directional metalic switch which by "up" closes the cirquity(runing the cervo) by "down" changing the polarity of the cervo forcing it to turn on the oposite direction and by"right" opens the circuit(killing the machine) and a "C" shaped "pusher" attached on the cervo so the switch is in the midle and the pusher will turn it up and down all the time.. a relay could magnetize the switch to go right

many people will not get this thats why i really like it

very nice! I just finished mine and I should post a video within the next 2 days or so ;D

Why does this box turn me on?
-
You lied, there is no video of it painted.
-
it is flammable (it could be used as a fuel or heat/light source)
it emits light (it could be used as a light source or communication device)
it produces sound (it could be used as a communication device or music device or a device for own entertainment by the annoyment of others)
it's consistent in time consumption (it could be used to count the amount of open/close intervals between multiple-moments)
etc... etc... "I think this device could have many uses, there for making it possibly useful."
iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiits not ur project. this was done 3 years ago :) congrats ur a useless machine

It dosent truly turn is self off or it would die soon as the switch was fliped leavin the hand on the out side of the box

@mgfurst When it flips the top switch the servo is given reversed charges causing the servo to turn the other direction until it rests upon a rollover switch that cuts off the reversed currents. Then when you flip the switch the rollover switch inside the contraption is released because the servo is powered forward by currents that do not flow through the rollover switch. Look the project up on Instructables

adjust the position of the lever switch to stop the retraction later in the process.
it's stopping too soon and arm is holding the door open slightly. good job!
