pkgng is a new package manager for FreeBSD, it aims at bringing modern package management features for FreeBSD
Pkgng is a completely new package manager rewritten from scratch. It aims at replacing the old pkg_install. It is developed on top of new libpkg which is the high level library that does all the package management, it brings new features such as safe upgrade, (multi) repository support, integrity checking and more. It has been designed to be extensible while remaining fully compatible with the current FreeBSD ports tree.

Agreed, a microphone to record the people asking questions makes sense. A 2nd microphone (or 3rd too) means an audio mixer is also required (for each room). Please consider helping to support the efforts to record the conference and keep talks posted for free by making a modest donation.

Guys, seriously, either give a microphone to the audience or tell the speakers to at least repeat the questions for home viewers. I prefer the microphone because having 30s to 60s pauses every 5 minutes in a stream is just bad.

For what it's worth, we do ask the speaker to repeat the question. It is very easy to forget, particularly for people who don't speak often.
re: Microphone. Please do help support our work by considering donating to FOSSLC. Each room requires approximately $2500 of gear. Another mic & a mixer is a good idea but we need to make sure there's budget. Thanks very much for the interest in the videos.

You should "open source" the original footage to allow others to take a stab at doing some audio work on the audience questions. :)

Interesting presentation. Unfortunately, I cannot hear the questions, which makes the latter part of the presentation isn't very useful.
