With Jack's attitude here Steve should've just thrown up his hands and walked out. Even here Jack was way too cocky and arrogant. I know he was angry at Steve and Kayla but I would've thought that him having a second chance at life would've humbled him just a tad. I guess this was Harper's horrible influence on Jack showing. He really thought he was above everyone else...especially Steve.
