Smoking is obviously negative for you. You inhale over thousands of toxic chemicals into your body, and it is addictive, draining you of the income and wellness with each puff you take. Some people even die after they take in their very first puff! That's why quitting smoking is often a must...It is hard, but I have found a very good way to quit smoking. Youtube wont permit me post the method here, so I put the link of the website on my profile. Enjoy, and stay healthy!

I quit smoking June 19, 2007! Its been over 2 years now! I suffered for a little over a year. Now I cant stand the smell of a cigeratte! My daughter came to me before i quit and she told me that If i didnt stop smoking, i was going to die. I got some nicoderm CQ patches and quit smoking. After you stop, put a straw in your mouth and chew on that, that is what helped me! Good luck on this touch journey!

It would be wonderful to see a video with a tap-along posted. I'm in need of affirmations.

Great video. I quit using EFT.
I would only visit sights that claim I could quit in 3 Min , or some other blink of an eye. I stayed away from the doom and gloom.
I found it was not the addiction but the physical habit. I was not craving but just was in the habit of smoking in certain places.
It is big tobacco, the drug companies and media that want to convince us it is hard. What loose all those sales and advertising revenues. It is propaganda.

If one is addicted to nicotine, it's true, the body will crave it physiologically. However, it is 100% the energy behind the thought in your mind as to whether or not you put a cigarette to your lips. That, friend, is a "choice". Your body may crave a smoke - but it cannot make you light one up if you CHOOSE not to. Then you know what? That craving WILL pass. You will succeed. One has got to "mind" their thoughts. - it a decision process.
