Took me a moment to figure out how it was done. Firecrackers! You can tell the way the sparks fly and how the familiar chain of pops continues long after the power has been removed. In a real electronic device, this should not continue.

There aren't enough of those in the PSU of anything to cause that many blows. Especially not of the same size.
