It's ridiculous how well Sigur Ros and BBC's nature programmes go together. It'll love to see the band do a soundtrack to one of their programmes, like Mogwai did with the Zidane film. Amazing.

This song has guided me through the harshest times of depression. It lead me into a new chapter of my life, recovery. Anyone who denies music's healing effects is wrong. The song translates into 'glowing sun' and basically describes finding light in darkness. I'm not good with Icelandic, but something within the music, the voice, gradually healed me when the antidepressants DID NOT. Thank you Sigur Ros.
