  • Have to rig up a shoulder pad? Weird. Why not think of that in the beginning? Awkward. I'd have to get a stedi-cam and ditch any hand held.

  • @prendergast53 A steadicam and a shoulder rig serve two different looks and purposes. The reason for having the detachable shoulder pad is that it keeps the rig like 12" shorter. It takes seconds to attach it and remove it.

  • As a pro I am more use to using the Red 1. So when I tried out the F3 I was a little disappointed. Some of the controls are in hard to reach areas. Plus the whole feel of the camera is very awkward.

  • Shooting with this and some vintage soviet lenses in a couple of weeks. Very exciting camera.

  • @Ibringthetruth1 ...They are referring to a Sony BVW-400 Betacam SP camera that was the standard of the broadcast TV business for many years until Sony came out the BVW-600. The 600 was a digital camera that shot shot analog betacam SP tape. The 400 was an all analog camera.

  • What 400 camera are they talking about?

  • @zacutofilms no one needs all that counterweight shit. It should have been shoulder capable

  • @prendergast53 exactly! It should be so easy to make it shoulder mounted and we wouldn't have to listen to that idiot trying to hard sell it.

Great camera ruined by no shoulder capability

  • That chick is fucking hot
