I agree that Mccain's dentures made it hard to speak- and maybe he's not the most suave speaker... but what difference does it make that he didn't go after the bigger crowd. Would you be more important, if you the crowd you were standing in was larger?

For McCain to speak on the same night that Obama clinched the Democratic nomination showed a total lack of class. When he first was made aware of the idea (and whose dumb idea WAS it?) what he should have said was "No, it's Obama's night." Imagine the outrage if Obama had made a speech on the same night McCain clinched HIS nomination? Hannity, Limbaugh and O'Reilly would have been screaming their heads off. This was pathetic on so many levels. Tasteless, undignified and tacky.
