It looks like you installed the humidifier on the same side that the cooling coils are on. In the Aprilair instructions, it shows on an orientation diagram to install the unit perpendicular to the cooling coils. Am I correct on this?

Looks like a pretty nice humidifier. Although I think the Honeywell TrueSTEAM Humidifier is also a very nice model as well.
