This piece of shit probably just really liked to hurt people, that's probably why he was a fighter, he mainly just enjoyed kicking people's asses. The mushrooms helped him to take it to the next level. Based on what it shows here, that other bitch may have actually been possessed by the devil, you can see the devil face in the animation. It is also a possibility, though, that he was the one that was possessed, which he should have made sure was not the case, before ripping someone's heart out.
