People this video is not a reference to 9/11. In the 90's, people thought that when it turned the year 2000, all electronics would shut off. Meaning, everyone thought that we would go back to the lifestyle of 1900. They thought that because 2000 and 1900 share the same abbreviation ('00). It's called the Y2K or Year 2000 problem.
