We use a robust mild steel frame as standard on our range of Trommels with the option of increasing the overall height by means of feet which can be bolted to the bottom of the framework.
The steel bearing housing is part of our modular design with the bearings running in an oil bath. This need only be changed every twelve months.

The Trommel cover is made from 3mm thick stainless steel.
The complete Trommel is manufactured from 4mm thick perforated stainless steel. It can have a positive or negative angle depending on the customer's wishes.

Due to our unique design utilising a rounded end cover at the drive end, we have considerably increased the stability of this machine. The whole Trommel can be removed from the drive shaft without the necessity of removing the bearing housing.
