TDK`s Kleer wireless reliability warning

This is a video I took of thebaseball game on TV today through TDK headphones that I had on either side of the video camera.

TDK has a disclaimer in their user manual NOT to use their Kleer Wireless based headphones near: Microwaves, crowded WiFi areas, in a hospital, close to a Bluetooth device, etc..... Watch this video and you can see and hear why.

There is NO mention on the outside of the packaging about this limitation.

I found out about this problem as I was trying to watch the game quietly in the morning through the headphones (to not wake my wife), but when I warmed up my coffee with the microwave the dropouts came fast and furious...

My wife asked... How can they sell that product??
