1 Arm Clean with 32kg/70lb Kettlebell. One Switch 3 minutes each hand. Stable set, getting work in, keeps the grip and back working while hands get ready for something serious. You can't work near max every day but if someone suggests a strict Periodization Plan for kettlebells, they just don't know about this type of training or aren't telling you the full story. Yes, it works for lower levels to have simple plan, but even for less intense goals it's good to understand your body. If you can learn something about yourself and start to feel your true status for the day, you begin to get something more than just Fitness or Conditioning from your workouts. Your results are your own. What you learn about yourself is the more powerful reason.

@bean2235 Not really. There are variations of Press in a chair (bottom up, double, alternating), but just about every kettlebell exercise uses the legs. The chair basically forces the elimination of the legs, but Snatch or Clean or something else in a chair would be dangerous in my opinion. Take care of the legs!
