Hey , I have had my braces for about a year now and everytime I get them tightened I am in in the worst pain for a week. And my orthodontist said that I was just very sensative. But when we went to my dentist he told us that my ortho had done it wrong and that my jaw is to small now so I have to go through so much pain everytime they are tightened. I also have the ceramic braces too so I was glad that there was this video. Thanks

hello there! thanks for the video.... i put on my braces last tuesday. it's kinda bugging me. lol i know it's too early to sigh but stil. couldn't eat. so weird. how can you guys chew and eat with something in the mouth..
