Phillip Glass, El-P, Vordul and Vast- all geniuses at their respective crafts. Saw Can Ox live a few days after 9/11, it was a surreal experience given the gravity of the albums lyrics. It was one of those moments in your life where a soundtrack fits your reality so perfectly and I'll never forget it. Much respect to the passion and craft...this isn't just about hip hop. It's VITAL art. A masterpiece. My favorite hip hop album of all time.
