I cannot really understand, why you fail to see, that if you give god the right to slaughter his enemies, then you are giving this right to everybody.
One just has to say: "God told me that these ppl are his enemy! He told me to slaughter them in his name. Blessed be his name."
For me, it's the same as a diplomat enjoying diplomatic imunity, but smuggeling drugs. It's still smuggeling drugs.

If God isn't a Megalomaniac, why did he instruct Moses and his followers to kill and destroy so many tribes like the Middianitws? It also seems odd, that God would instruct him to save the female virgins rather than the children.
