For every one fruit that we like and grow and modify, there are thousands if not millions of fruits and vegetables that we don't eat. Actually, some of that stuff we don't eat is medicine. But some is poison. The more you know the more you know the difference for your mind.

and by the way, it's not just christians who are obtuse... muslims, jews, etc are all the same.

Forgot to mention that the cultivated banana is sterile, it can't even reproduce on it's own. We have to take part of it's underground stem, cut it specifically and replant it to grow another banana tree. In other words, God's little plant can't even survive on it's own.
