This is the perfect version of the game man. That's what all old early 80's arcade classics need, the ability to start at the level you died at after your lives are used up for additional coinage. That way you can eventually get through the game in one credit without spending years playing and replaying old stages to keep getting a little farther to that one that is plaguing you.

If you really want an effective joystick, start with a Hori EX2 for the XBLA, and modify it by attaching 4 small shower door wheels precisely placed around the joystick that will allow you to effectively corner without losing control of the Pac-Man. It really works just like the arcade joystick, and that means more control; higher scores; and a hell of alot less frustration with making wrong turns.

Actually Mark, it's not Pac-Man Jr, it's Jr. Pac-Man. That's his name. Check out the game. There's also a Super Pac-Man which is a really awesome game and there are a couple of other Pac-Man games released around that time.

@Luigi84289 Yeah, those were the days. Doing good on games, only when you get a game over on here you check your pockets and realize, "OH CRAP!! I'm all out of quarters!" Yeah, but I guess that was what gave the arcade games their flavor; the one level that eluded you somehow.
