well we can hope this is the year but wont know that until we see the outcome of the playoffs.. and who believes in curses or superstitions? cubs arent cursed, they've just fallen prey to what baseball calls a "team slump" and it seems not just the cubs are facing this slump. i have no doubt in my mind they'll make it to the playoffs and be the dominant team they've been this year, but im not going to bet my life that they're going to go all the way. what's that word the cubs are known to do?
