USWA folded in 1997. Randy Hales returned in April 1998 as the founder, owner, and president of Memphis PowerPro Wrestling. Randy currently oversees several Sonic Restaurants in Missouri.

@geodeuce USWA ended in 1997 I believe and the Promotion who took over afterwards was Power Pro I think
