I work in a charity shop (War On Want), we have similar people stealing from us. It is very frustrating and upsetting as we are raising money for vulnerable people much worse off than these people. If we had CCTV it would be OK because if we had proof we could just bar them from the shop, unfortunately we don't and I am loosing patience.

Those are Gypsies, not Romanians.
Gypsies are not Romanians either, they migrated from East India in 1000 B.C all over the globe, and somehow the ones established in Romania are the worst. They're the ones that make Romania look like shit.
