The 2010-11 University of Connecticut men's basketball team, led by Hall of Fame Head Coach Jim Calhoun, captured the 2011 NCAA Championship, the third NCAA title in program history. Coach Calhoun became only the fifth coach in the history of NCAA Division I College Basketball to win three National Championships and also led the Huskies to the 2011 BIG EAST Tournament Championship in early March, winning an unprecedented five games in five days en route to the title.
