Jerome Williams is many things. A NBA Legend, a spokesman, a pioneer, a car enthuisiast and a motivator. But most important of all he is a people person in the finest sense.
A Leader who is caring and compassionate tendencies makes people want to work with him. It all began when he was growing up in a close knit family who provided a spiritual base and a special bond. While attending Magruder High School in Rockville Maryland, Jerome realized his dream of becoming a NBA Star was fading by his lack of talent. He was 6'3" tall with a seven inch vertical and weighed 150lbs. He received no scholarship offers and decided to enroll at Montgomery Junior College to continue his education.
