Agreed. This tune, along with "Willin," is one of my favorites that they cover.

I think it's in G major. The chords are G, C, F#m and Bm. The part at the beginning, the notes are as follows: E, Eb, D, Db, C (into the C chord) and then onto the G major chord. I'm no expert, but it looks like G major to me. Hope that helps.

I've only watched the video once, so I'm not sure what key they're playing it in either. Gram's version was on A #, though I play it in E.

I don't know if I'm feelin the key they're playing this in. But it's a good cover, and I'm glad someone's playing "she," it's just too good of a song to let die.
