The jingle is correct here but it's not the right year. This is the 1966 jingle (original Desilu version), and it's supposed to have the "Battling Loud" version used during the 4th quarter of 1967.

It sounds a bit too low when you redid this. No offense.

@Shawnaluvsoc National Television System Committee I believe :) PAL, used in other places, such as Europe, stands for Phase Alternating Line; both are non-HD analog television standards and affect various properties of broadcasted video, notably frame rate and resolution (NTSC runs at nearly 30 frames per second with 525 lines, while PAL runs at exactly 25 frames per second with a somewhat higher resolution of 625 lines) :) Sorry if I got a bit nerdy and long-winded there ^_^

What does NTSC stand for?

@prckay I agree, and they probably would when I think about it, after all Desilu is basically Paramount's televisual heritage, it would make sense for them to keep the name as a sort of commemoration. :)

@Urielbenavides If I remember correctly, I captured this from an episode of Mission: Impossible on UK cable channel Five US (now 5USA) :)
