How to use Key Mouse Genie in Runescape

After installing click the use for free button. I used this program for over 3 months so its "Free 30 days" is junk, it works past the 30 days.
Safety:
This is 3rd party software so you always have to be careful when deciding to use something that is not made by Jagex. Personally I asked two forum mods and they both said it was fine to use as long as one keystroke equaled one click. That is why your not allowed to hold down the keys because that results in one keystroke equals millions of clicks. I used this program for over 3 months without Jagex saying anything so I would say its safe.
