I believe this is part of a xiang kou. There were more notes but I accidentally broke them in true rock and roll style lol. It is quite fragile , especially if you like plucking it aggressively. Unlike the normal jaw harp ( jews harp, jew's harp ), it is quite flat and you rest it against your lips instead of between your teeth. I think it has some interesting subtle sound effects. Anyway, here's me giving it a go. I hope you won't need any headache pills hehe.

mine doesint look like yours mine is like a big meatel key there a bit trick to play because they hurt your teeth some times
