@Shomeintheknee Tough but good choice he has to make. Thing is being the no 1 corner out of highschool isn't good for anything but a scholarship to college. I do know track is not his priority, it was just a way for him to stay in shape so i don't see him trying track unless he gets cut in the NFL etc. The game's changing though, they want bigger DBs given the boom in passing and increasing size of receivers and tight ends. Prototypical is a patrick peterson, who is 6.1, 220.

@TheAngeltoDemon He's the number 1 cornerback prospect right now, and I think he'll do both in college. Hopefully he'll shift his focus once he realizes how good at track he really is.

miss states 3rd leg was rolling. he eat everyone up on that turn

@Shomeintheknee Football kills track potential. Sounds right, unless he juices. I don't understand how guys have gotten so much faster and they all come from jamaica!:) I wish this kid Marvin Bracy would run track instead of football. He's the same size as Tyson Gay, which means too small for football, but he ran a 10.05 with a tweaked hamstring at 18yrs old.

@TheAngeltoDemon Yeah he definitely needs to lose some of his upper body mass. I think his lifetime PR will be high 9.8's
-
@Shomeintheknee haha, yup, curious to see how fast he'll be. I would guess he could be a 9.9ish guy if he loses bulk.

@TheAngeltoDemon HE'S PICKED TRACK. WE CAN ALL CELEBRATE THIS RARE VICTORY!!!

@joshlemay7 yeah, read somewhere he's now focusing on football. It's a shame we lose alot of sprinters to NFL, MLB, NBA, etc. Especially NFL, even the ones with world class potential as teenagers gain too much muscle to be competitive. But that's where the big bucks are.
