One interesting aspect of this time was the idea that the Germans had that lesbians could be convinced to carry babies for the nation. It was a German idea that Lesbians were just frustrated women who just needed re-education and a good man, an SS officer. So while gay men were led into the gas chambers, many gay women managed to outwit the SS and to survive the war.
Not all, but many. There are some great stories out there.

@hejhejify what is your point we already know that not all the jewish (among other people) were killed in gas chambers. they were shot, beaten, tortured, among other things. maybe you should stop and think about how they had to live in the remainder of their lives before you make another stupid fucking comment like this one.
