just a tip, I dont think those lights are true 300w lights.
Those are 300w equivalent lights.
a lot of trickery going on with those bulbs in regard to true wattage and lumen output.
check out the feliz or hydrofarm 250w CFL.
pretty cheap on ebay or local hydro shop,
You can get bulb and reflector with socket set for about $100 a light.
Those are a TRUE 250w bulbs.
You know its a true high wattage CFL when it has a LARGE socket type.
Cost a bit more but you will be amazed at the diff.

That means it is currently in a veg state of growth.
Buds dont form until you initiate the flowering cycle.
