@rjj296 Pig when the shit hits the fan and the government goes full rogue, and we're all defending our Constitution in an all out war, we will remember whose side you were on. Good luck.

As UT is a public university, it is bound to the United States constitution and the first amendment. The state of Texas may not super cede the constitutional laws of the federal government. If UT was a private institution, than things would be different, because that would involve freedom of association laws.

I don't see any reason to take him away, just let him continue until he is tired and cold and he will go away. But what I really don't understand is why this kid is acting as a mouthpiece for greedy, rich corporations that pollute our waters and destroy our atmosphere. Corporations that force us to use internal combustion engines that have been absolete for 50 years. Corporations that do what they are told to by lobbiest. Why is this kid fighting for idiocy?

In a fascist tyrannical dictatorship, words are equivalent to bullets.

this just shows peaceful protests dont work. nothing peaceful in history changed a thing, this very country was created on war. look at how other countries react when their gov. pushes. they have seen what we are going through many times, many years ago, they have learned over time. we will eventually need to learn, again, how union leaders and socialist fought and died just so we could get bath room breaks at work, just a few yrs ago. we have short memories and our leaders count on this.

@Metalmikebach Maybe that's why Joey Belladonna is back in Anthrax, because John Bush is in jail.

Texas Penal Code § 30.05. CRIMINAL TRESPASS: A person commits an
offense if he enters or remains on or in property another without effective consent and he received notice to depart but failed to do so. [Edited for length and relevence]
UTPD is an Authorized Entity to act on behalf of the University of Texas and a verbal order to depart is considered a notice.
