What will happen when we deflate a tire filled with sealant? Will the sealant come out?

does the foaming latex cover the entire volume of the tube even though you are holding the wheel in one position until it stops filling? I am wondering if the cut is at say the 3'o'clock position, how does the latex get to the cut before all the propellant leaks out?
with stans you have to get off the bike and rotate the wheel so the latex is around the hole, or risk loosing air pressure before it seals.

yes, it is possible to add the pit stop also when there is a valve extender.
After putting the pit stop, you can continue to pump normally your inner tubes.
